Sunny Cardiff

Cardiff in the sun seemed an entirely different place to the grey and soggy city we visited last August. The sun shone and the city looked beautiful

These caterpillars were offered as a prize to the child who found the ugliest person in the art gallery in Cardiff Museum (in a painting .. of course there are no ugly people in cardiff). There are however a lot of ugly people in paintings in the museum, so they all won!!

Cardiff Old and New... the Castle has certainly stood on this spot since before 1066 and all that.. and right behind the Millenium Stadium has stood well, since the millenium!
Cardiff Bay was heaving as it is Eisteddfod season. Sadly this menat that many of the buildings were surrounded by tents and burger vans.. see you just knew I would have to have some excuse for messing up my photography , now didn't you!!

Diamonds are Forever... Sadly no-one knew the words, so the children contented themselves with writing cheeky phrases with the lyrics
