At last I was allowed to meet Aunty Jen's favourite Crowned Crane. Sometimes known as the Royal Crowned Crane. However he is not easy to photograph. I now sincerely admire AJ's photos of him. He was quite feisty and I suppose my best photos of him are when he was in a strop and trying to charge the rather annoying little girl next to us..... I was egging him on!
