Jersey Beaches - Best in UK??

I love the beaches in Jersey, they are so clean, and so long! They are cleaned twice a day by a very large tide. I think I have read somewhere that Jersey is 10% bigger at low tide . . . and I can certainly believe that. The sea was beautifully blue, the sand golden, perfect. This is the beach at Plemont Bay, but actually could have been any of the beaches that we visited.
