This is a Bald Headed Eagle, Danebury that flew in from a couple of miles away.. see next photo for his textbook landing
This barn owl was the first we saw fly at the Hawk Conservancy. It was a real priviidge that he deigned to say 'Cheeeeese'
This was the last photo of the day and taken just as we were leaving.. I am ashamed to say I am not even sure what kind of owl this was .. except that it burrows. I was really pleased with this as it was taken from behind glass!
